Liste des entités accréditées du FVC et CAFI pour la mise en œuvre du PSE en RDC

Le programme PSE régional de CAFI est une initiative transfrontalière de l’Initiative pour les Forêts de l’Afrique Centrale, déployée en RDC, République du Congo et République Centrafricaine pour promouvoir les Paiements pour Services Environnementaux (PSE).

Il incite financièrement les communautés rurales à adopter des pratiques durables (Agroforesterie, Reboisement, Agriculture libre de déforestation, Régénération forestière (en savane et forêt), Gestion durable des forêts, Conservation des forêts) via des paiements conditionnés à des résultats vérifiés. Cela vise à réduire la déforestation, atténuer le changement climatique, protéger la biodiversité et améliorer la sécurité alimentaire pour des centaines de milliers de bénéficiaires.

Lancé en janvier 2026 via un Appel à Manifestations d’Intérêt (AMI), il cible les zones à haut risque de déforestation. Cependant seul les organisations accréditées sont éligibles pour le financement.

Les critères d’éligibilité des soumissionnaires sont :

• Organisations des Nations Unies, Banque Mondiale & Organisations non Nations Unies dites « NONU » (= agences de coopération internationales, ONG internationales et ONG nationales)
• Les NONU devront être accréditées pour accéder aux financements de CAFI en en consortium avec les organisations nationales.

Les entités accréditées par CAFI peuvent être privées ou publiques, non gouvernementales, infranationales, nationales, régionales ou internationales, à condition de respecter ses normes strictes. Elles jouent un rôle clé en élaborant des propositions de financement, en gérant et en suivant les projets et programmes.
